Placing an order on our site is simple and easy. Please follow these steps.

  1. Create an account on our site
  2. Add products to your cart
  3. Checkout
  4. Send us an e-interac payment
  5. Wait for an email indicating that your order is processed. This email will include a tracking number.
  6. Wait for your delivery 

If your payment is accepted by 10 AM PST, your order will be shipped out same business day.

All orders are packaged discretely without any packing slip. However, an order receipt will be emailed to you right when the order is placed for your own reference purposes.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and XpressPost delivery should arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders above $100 will require a signature. This feature is added at no cost to you. If you opt for "No Signature," please read the disclaimer before doing so.

We currently only accept E-Transfers from Canadian bank accounts. E-transfer payments are simple to operate, and once payment is made, you'll receive your Canada Post tracking # within the hour, sometimes much sooner.
